Art therapy uses the creative process involved in artistic self-expression to improve emotional, mental and physical well-being of individuals of all ages.
I’ve experienced the efficiency of art-therapy already as a child. The focus on your inner world of images, feelings, thoughts, and ideas helps to reduce stress, and increase self-esteem and self-awareness.
